401(k) Employee discounts Opportunity for advancement The Bumble Roofing Home Solutions Expert is responsible for generating revenue through professional in-home consultations using the Bumble Roofing 10-Step Sales Process. Sales Experts represent the Bumble brand in the field and guide homeowners through a structured decision-making process that protects margin, builds trust, and delivers a superior customer experience. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discipline, and coachability. Home Solutions Experts follow a defined sales system, record sales conversations for coaching purposes, and continuously develop their skills through training and performance feedback. This role primarily covers DuPage County , Will County, Cook County and surroundings. What We Offer Base pay (Consistent bi-weekly pay) + uncapped performance-based commission. Execute the Bumble Roofing 10-Step Sales Process consistently. Diagnose roofing problems through structured inspections. Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops safely Present roofing solutions that align with homeowner priorities. Protect company margins by selling value before price. Utilize the Bumble digital sales presentation tools. Tech-savvy and accurately document appointments and customer information in the CRM. Record sales conversations using Siro for coaching and performance improvement. Follow established follow-up processes to move opportunities forward. Represent the Bumble Roofing brand with professionalism and integrity. Proven success in sales (roofing, solar, or home improvement) is a plus but not required. Insurance claim experience is a plus. Self-motivated, organized, and independent. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license. What You'll Do Conduct in-home roofing consultations and inspections Present solutions and close deals with confidence Generate new business through canvassing, networking, and referrals Follow up with company-provided warm leads Educate homeowners on roofing materials, warranties, and installation options Coordinate with internal teams for a smooth customer experience Maintain client communication from first contact to project completion Track appointments and sales progress using digital tools Important Details Pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check required
