Primary Responsibilities Engage with homeowners to generate leads and schedule qualified appointments Serve as a knowledgeable consultant by providing helpful product information Execute face-to-face marketing campaigns as directed by leadership Represent Redo Cabinets with a positive, professional, and enthusiastic attitude Maintain clean, organized marketing materials at all times Accurately track and document canvassing activity and results Maintain a neat, professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards Attend company meetings and training sessions as required Perform additional duties as assigned Most importantly—have fun and bring great energy to the team Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Positive, outgoing, and energetic personality Goal-oriented and self-motivated Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Confident and comfortable engaging with new people Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Previous canvassing or face-to-face marketing experience preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly base pay Aggressive weekly commission structure Monthly bonus opportunities .
