Outdoor Marketing Rep (Flexible Hours, $15-$25/hr) Part TIme Job Summary We're hiring motivated individuals to promote our landscaping services by placing door hangers and having quick, friendly conversations with homeowners. Most conversations are quick and low-pressure — many homeowners are already interested in lawn care services. This is a simple, active job that's perfect if you enjoy being outside and want flexibility and high earning potential. Pay Most team members earn $15-$25/hour depending on pace and consistency. Average reps earn $18-$22/hour. Paid per door hanger Great Fit For Students looking for flexible work Anyone wanting extra side income People interested in marketing, sales, or business experience Active individuals who don't want to sit at a desk What You'll Do Place door hangers in residential neighborhoods Have short, friendly conversations with homeowners Help set up free lawn care estimates (no closing required) Requirements Valid driver's license Age 16+ Able to walk for a few hours at a time Positive attitude and willingness to talk to people Why This Job?
