Job Description

You'll be: Owning your pipeline by working assigned neighborhoods and generating self-sourced homeowner leads through consistent door-to-door outreach. Running on-site roof inspections and identifying whether a home needs repair or replacement, with a thorough, accurate approach. Building and delivering clear, detailed estimates on time, and presenting three distinct options so homeowners can make an informed decision. Explaining scope, materials, and next steps so the customer knows exactly what they are getting, while keeping clean records of leads, inspections, estimates, and communication. You'll have the opportunity to: Build a book of business you can be proud of, where your results come from your discipline, your communication, and your follow-through. Operate with moderate independence, with the autonomy to run your day, your territory, and your pipeline like a professional. Increase mastery in roof evaluations, options-based estimating, and in-home communication, so you become the person homeowners trust to make the call. Grow into a path where you can move from self-generated leads toward closing qualified leads that are handed to you, based on performance. You'll have: A competitive, self-motivated mindset, with the grit to knock consistently and the standards to do the job right even when nobody is watching. Strong communication and customer focus, including the ability to think fast, answer questions clearly, and keep homeowners confident in the process. The professionalism to work in a structured, consistent environment that is also client-facing, relationship-driven, and built for independent producers. At least 2 years of roofing experience, a valid driver's license, and a clean background. Key Responsibilities Ensure estimates are created and delivered on time to maintain professional and efficient service. Ensure customers have three options to choose from, allowing informed decision making. Ensure regular door-to-door visits to meet potential customers and generate leads. Ensure customers clearly understand exactly what they are getting to build trust and transparency. Ensure inspections are conducted thoroughly to accurately assess home needs. Ensure meetings with customers are handled professionally and respectfully to foster positive relationships. What You Bring High school diploma (required).
