No experience needed. We train you. Big Dog Roofing is growing fast in Fort Wayne, and we're looking for a few hard-working, competitive people who want to make real money—not just punch a clock. This is NOT a sit-at-a-desk job. This is for people who want to get paid based on effort.
What You'll Do:
Knock doors in local neighborhoods (storm-affected areas) Talk to homeowners and set appointments for free roof inspections Work directly with a high-performing sales team Learn real sales skills that pay you for life
