JOB SUMMARY GRC
Roofing is hiring a Roofing Sales Representative to help grow our residential division. This is a commission-based, subcontractor (1099) role with paid training and a clear path to strong earnings. We are real roofers , not a churn-and-burn sales company. We are building a team of people who want to learn about and believe in what they sell. We are not the stereotypical door-knocking insurance claim company. We will do that when it's relevant, but we don't rely on it.
Typical earnings:
$80,000
  • $120,000 per year Top performers: $150,000+ Compensation is uncapped, but we believe in being transparent about what most reps actually make.
COMPENSATION & CAREER PATH
This role offers paid training (most reps close their first deal in weeks 2-3) , commission tiers with performance-based progression, & monthly profitability bonuses. Starting level (based on experience): Junior Rep (0-90 days): 6% of total sales
Sales Rep:
8% of total sales (most experienced hires land here)
Senior Rep:
10% of total sales Additional compensation: Paid training: $500/week for 4 weeks (plus full commissions) Monthly profitability bonuses paid on top of commissions Strategic Sales Partner (Advanced Level): For highly-experienced reps who perform at consistently high levels with a near-zero need for support Margin-based split (10/50/50) Earned through performance, no one is hired directly into this role.
LEADS & OPPORTUNITY
Current lead mix: ~30% company-provided / 70% self-generated
Goal:
80% company-provided leads as we scale You will run real appointments, but you must also be comfortable generating your own opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Run appointments and generate new business Perform inspections and document findings Meet with homeowners and guide them through the process Canvass neighborhoods (installs, storm areas, referrals) Build relationships with neighbors, realtors, and partners Manage jobs from inspection to signed contract (we handle production) Communicate with customers until jobs are paid in full Update CRM and keep all files up to date Attend weekly training

driving, time on roofs & in homes, and consistent activity
REQUIREMENTS
Must be comfortable with technology and software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and comfortable with performance-based pay Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to work outdoors and climb roofs Ability to learn roofing systems and installation fundamentals Comfortable generating leads and handling rejection Sales experience preferred but not required
