Canvasser

Join Clemens Home Solutions as a Canvasser on our Field Marketing Team and help connect with homeowners while promoting our exterior home improvement services. This full-time role offers guaranteed hourly pay plus performance-based incentives, giving you the chance to earn more as you succeed.

What You'll Do:

Conduct door-to-door outreach to introduce our services and programs. Engage homeowners with clear, confident communication and answer questions. Generate qualified leads by identifying potential clients and assessing needs. Support company events and distribute informational materials. Maintain accurate records and collaborate with the team to improve outreach. Participate in daily training to develop skills and represent Clemens Home Solutions professionally.

Experience & Skills:

No prior experience required - we provide full in-house training. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or outreach is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are highly valued. Experience in canvassing, or telemarketing is beneficial but not necessary. Pay:

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
