Duties Approach households door-to-door to promote bounce house rentals with confidence and professionalism Engage in lively conversations to inform customers about rental options Collect feedback, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure a positive experience for everyone you meet Utilize effective sales techniques to encourage sign-ups when applicable Maintain accurate records of interactions, including contact information and interest levels Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach efforts and maximize community engagement Represent the organization with enthusiasm Qualifications Previous experience in supervising teams or leading outreach initiatives is preferred but not required Strong background in marketing, customer service, or sales is highly valued Excellent communication skills in both English and bilingual capacities are a plus Proven ability to conduct door-to-door canvassing with confidence and professionalism Demonstrated skills in negotiation, telemarketing, or fundraising are advantageous Ability to handle rejection positively while maintaining motivation and energy Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule to accommodate evening or weekend outreach activities Join us if you're ready to energize your career by connecting communities through engaging conversations!
