WHAT YOU'LL DO
Knock doors and set free in-home water tests across Louisville metro, Sellersburg, Jeffersonville, New Albany, Clarksville, and Floyds Knobs. Run a simple free water test that shows homeowners exactly what's in their tap. Help families get clean, healthy water with a whole-home system. THE PAY (this is the point) Start at up to $2,400 per deal — paid when the system is installed, not months later. Graduate to up to $2,700 per deal + company-provided leads after your first 5 installs.
Manager track:
up to $3,300 per personal deal + up to $600 override on every rep's self-gen deal. $750 FAST-START BONUS for closing 5 deals in your first 6 weeks. Uncapped commission. Your ceiling is how many doors you knock.
WHY THIS BEATS OTHER D2D AND IN-HOME SALES
More per deal than pest, and you get paid on install — faster cash than solar. A real product people actually want: clean water for their home and their kids. Full sales training, ride-alongs, and a daily game plan — we build closers.
WHO WE WANT
No experience: hungry, coachable, and not afraid of a "no." Former athletes, servers, bartenders, and recent grads do great here.
Experienced:
already closing in pest, solar, roofing, windows, alarms, fiber, HVAC, or in-home sales? You already have the skill — proven closers fast-track past entry pay after a short proving window, and the Manager track is open now.
Everyone:
reliable transportation and the drive to knock every day.
COMPENSATION
1099 independent contractor, commission-only, uncapped. Not a salaried or hourly W-2 position. Pay is earned per completed installation. Earnings figures represent top per-deal commission potential at each level, not guaranteed income; actual earnings depend on individual performance. You are responsible for your own taxes.
