Residential Roofing Sales/Estimator

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Residential Roofing Sales Estimator to join our team. As a Roofing Estimator, you will work with clients to assist with all residential roofing needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through CRM platform
• Lead generation through door to door sales and networking referral sources
• Schedule and conduct multiple roof inspections daily
• Diagnose and document damage(reports, photos, etc.)
• Present estimates to clients
• Meet and conduct inspections with Insurance companies and private adjusters
• Estimate and bid jobs in a timely manner
• Work closely with Sales Manager and assigned Project Coordinator
• Meet and exceed sales targets to drive company growth

Requirements:

• Previous experience in roofing
• Prior experience in sales preferred
• Strong networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Ability to climb roofs
• Knowledge of Shingle and Metal Manufacturer products and warranties
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Willingness to learn
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record

Salary Information:

• Base pay, plus commission
