This role focuses on starting conversations with homeowners, identifying interest in exterior cleaning services, and generating qualified leads or booked appointments. This is a performance-driven position with hourly pay plus bonuses for results. Duties Knock on doors in assigned neighborhoods Speak with homeowners about pressure washing and exterior cleaning services Identify homes needing services (driveways, siding, roofs, fences, etc.) Collect customer contact information (name, phone number, address) Set appointments or generate qualified leads for the sales team Represent JLB Exterior Washing in a professional manner Report daily activity (doors knocked, leads generated, appointments set) Qualifications Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with homeowners Friendly and professional attitude Self-motivated with the ability to work independently outdoors Willingness to walk neighborhoods and work in varying weather conditions Reliable and consistent work ethic Sales, marketing, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Preferred Experience (Not Required) Door-to-door sales or canvassing experience Customer-facing roles or sales experience Public speaking or communication experience Bilingual ability is a plus Position Type Part-time or full-time available Hourly pay plus performance bonuses Opportunities for advancement into sales or leadership roles Growth Opportunities Top performers may advance into: Full-time canvassing roles Sales / closing positions Team lead or management roles
