About the role:

As part of our face-to-face fundraising team, you will: Engage people face-to-face about causes they care about Inspire monthly support for high-impact nonprofits Work outdoors in rotating locations Be active, social, and on your feet Receive paid training, ongoing coaching, and mentorship Every day is different, and you're never doing it alone.

What We're Looking For:

Great communication skills Comfortable striking up meaningful conversations Love being outdoors, rain or shine! Able to be on your feet for extended periods Thrives in a goal-driven, positive, and energetic environment Experience in fundraising , improv, or stage performance is a plus!

You:

You're 18 or older and legally able to work in the United States A minimum commitment to 4 shifts/week or 32-40 hrs/week Can reliably commute You're comfortable working in a results-driven role and meeting fundraising goals You'll represent a specific charity, engaging with the public to gain monthly supporters and keeping them in the loop about the charity's progress And most importantly, you're passionate about standing up for critical causes like protecting the environment or advocating for LGBTQ+ rights.
