EVENT SALES ASSOCIATE
Join our dynamic team as an Event Sales Associate, where you'll be at the forefront of creating memorable experiences by promoting and selling event services and packages. This energetic role offers the right person an opportunity to engage with diverse clients, showcase our offerings, and drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help turn prospects into satisfied GUESTS/ Customers, ensuring every event is a success from start to finish. This commission paid position is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their sales expertise in a lively environment. Responsibilities Actively promote our event services through sales and marketing targeted plans and campaigns, door-to-door canvassing, telemarketing, and community outreach efforts Engage with potential clients via phone calls and in-person tours/visits Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions Work with our team to negotiate contracts and pricing to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction Coordinate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns that attract new business opportunities Supervise team members during outreach activities, providing guidance and support to maximize results Track sales activities, follow up with leads, and maintain detailed records of client interactions and agreements Experience Previous experience in lead sales or customer service roles preferred Proven success in canvassing, telemarketing, or door-to-door sales environments Strong marketing background with the ability to promote services effectively Excellent communication skills Demonstrated negotiation skills that lead to successful deal closures Experience in fundraising or event promotion is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced settings This role offers an exciting opportunity to sharpen your sales skills while making a tangible impact on clients' special events.
