Job Description

Own the whole deal. Own the whole commission. United Developers (UD Roofing) is hiring experienced roofing sales reps for the DC Metro / DMV market. This is a full-cycle role — you knock storm-hit neighborhoods, identify damage, walk the homeowner through the insurance claim, and close the job. No splitting commissions with a canvasser. You own the door, you own the close, you own the check.
Compensation:

Requirements:
Verifiable roofing sales experience (or comparable storm restoration / insurance roofing experience) Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, clean background (insurance liability requirement) Comfortable on a ladder doing roof inspections
Schedule:
You set your own hours. This role is for self-managed reps who know when their customers are home — that usually means weekday evenings and weekend afternoons, when homeowners aren't at work. Weekends are some of our best canvassing days. Whether you want to start at 11 AM or work a Saturday morning shift, the schedule flexes around your production, not a punch clock.
