You will be the face of our company in local neighborhoods, connecting homeowners with free roof inspections and helping families protect their biggest investment. No roofing experience required - just energy, drive, and a great attitude. What You'll Do Knock doors in targeted residential neighborhoods across Maryland (Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Prince George's, Howard, and Montgomery counties) Identify and qualify homeowners who may have storm or wind damage Schedule free roof inspection appointments for our sales team Distribute company marketing materials (door hangers, flyers) Log contacts and appointments in our CRM app (training provided) Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times Schedule & Territory Part-time and full-time positions available Typical hours: Tuesday-Saturday, 11 AM-7 PM (peak homeowner hours) Territories across Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Howard, Prince George's, and Montgomery counties Storm surge opportunities: additional hours available immediately after major weather events What We're Looking For 18+ years old with valid ID Reliable personal transportation and valid driver's license Comfortable working outdoors and walking several miles per shift Positive, confident communicator who handles rejection with ease Prior experience in door-to-door sales, fundraising, or brand ambassador work is a plus Perks & Benefits Paid training program (no experience needed).
