Key Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door canvassing in assigned residential neighborhoods Engage homeowners and start conversations about home improvement projects Generate qualified leads and appointment setting for in-home consultations Represent the company professionally as the first point of contact Track daily lead generation activity and appointments set Attend team meetings, training, and coaching sessions Qualifications Valid Driver's License and Reliable transportation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented mindset Interest in sales, marketing, or customer outreach Ability to walk neighborhoods and work outdoors No experience required - training provided.
