$17/hour + performance pay
Schedule:
Monday-Friday:
2:00 PM - 6:00/8:00 PM (seasonal daylight)
Saturday:
10:00 AM - 1:00 PM About the Role Sky Shield is hiring a Canvass Van Manager to lead a mobile door-to-door team generating roofing inspection appointments. You'll drive the van, knock doors alongside your team, and coach two canvassers to produce high-quality appointments. This is a leadership role with guaranteed hourly pay and real upside , designed for someone who wants responsibility and growth in sales. Compensation $17/hour $10 per qualified lead scheduled $25 per appointment that sits (homeowner present) 0.75% override on all roofing jobs sold from van leads $100 weekly bonus if team sit rate is 40% or higher Responsibilities Drive and manage canvass van and daily routes Knock doors alongside canvassers Coach, train, and hold team accountable Verify lead quality before submission Ensure CRM accuracy and daily reporting Represent Sky Shield professionally Requirements Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing Leadership mindset Valid driver's license Able to work afternoons/evenings and Saturdays Roofing or sales experience a plus (not required) Growth Opportunity Top managers can move into: Sales management Inspection roles Territory leadership
