Job Description
Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Campaign Worker and become a vital force in engaging communities, promoting initiatives, and driving impactful outreach efforts. As a Campaign Worker, you'll be at the forefront of grassroots efforts, connecting with diverse audiences through door-to-door interactions, telemarketing, and community events. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help amplify our message and foster positive relationships across neighborhoods. Duties Conduct door-to-door canvassing to promote campaigns and gather support from community members Engage with the public through telemarketing calls to inform and motivate participation in initiatives Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, sharing information, and building rapport Assist with fundraising activities by encouraging donations and explaining campaign goals Utilize bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse populations Negotiate with potential supporters to maximize engagement and campaign impact Supervise volunteer teams during outreach events, ensuring smooth operations and effective messaging Experience Previous supervising experience in community outreach or sales environments is preferred Strong background in marketing or customer service roles that involve direct public interaction Experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or telemarketing campaigns is highly desirable Bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for engaging with a broader audience Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively Familiarity with fundraising strategies and techniques for donor engagement Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced settings Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to creating positive change through energetic outreach efforts.
