(DOOR-TO-DOOR) —
METRO DETROIT, MI
We pay you to knock doors and book solar consults. No experience required. Top setters here clear $1,500-$2,500+ a week. We provide the training, the territory, the pitch, and the closers. You bring energy, hustle, and a willingness to learn.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Knock residential doors in Metro Detroit (Dearborn, Detroit, Warren, Southfield, Sterling Heights, Livonia, Canton — territory rotates) Qualify homeowners and book in-home solar appointments for our closers Hit a minimum of 60 doors per shift (we track it; we'll show you how) Work the Friday-Wednesday schedule (Thursdays off) Roll out around 11 AM and run until 8 PM — peak homeowner-answer hours
WHAT WE PAY
$200 per appointment that sits (paid weekly, Fridays) $500 bonus per appointment that closes $1,000 weekly bonus once you book 5 sits in a week Reps doing 2-3 sits a week clear $1,500. Reps doing 5+ clear $2,500+. Paid training week — you get paid even while you're learning the pitch

You're 18+, have reliable transportation, and don't quit when it gets cold You can hold a 90-second conversation with a stranger without freezing up You'd rather knock 60 doors than send 600 emails Veterans, athletes, ex-restaurant servers, and door-knockers from any vertical (alarms, pest, roofing) — apply
WHO DOESN'T
If under 60 knocks per day is normal for you, this won't work — we cut reps under that or three goose-egg days in a row If you need a fixed hourly salary with no upside — keep scrolling
