$15.00 per hour Job description: Job Summary We're looking for energetic, personable individuals to join our marketing team for the 2026 season. In this role, you'll go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods and speak with homeowners about their exterior painting needs.

Your goal is simple:

offer a free, no‑obligation estimate and collect basic contact information for anyone interested. This is a great opportunity for students or early‑career professionals who enjoy being outdoors, talking with people, and building confidence in communication. No sales experience is required — we provide full training, scripts, and territory maps.
