Job Description

One of Michigan's fastest-growing roofing companies is hiring! We are seeking motivated Neighborhood Representatives to join our team in Romeo, Sterling Heights, Shelby Township, Warren, Clinton/Macomb Township, and surrounding areas. No Experience Required — Paid Training Provided!
Your Role:
Walk residential neighborhoods and connect directly with homeowners. Educate residents on roofing health and financing. Book FREE roof inspections for our field specialists. No sales required. Your only job is setting the appointment.
Requirements:
Outgoing, friendly, and energetic personality. Comfortable working outdoors and walking daily. Reliable vehicle to commute to designated local territories. Motivated to hit weekly goals and earn big bonuses.
Compensation & Perks:
Base Salary + Commission + Performance Bonuses. $50,000 to $75,000+ income potential. Fast-track career advancement opportunities. Great environment for former servers, bartenders, retail workers, and athletes.
