As we continue to grow across the Midwest, we are expanding our canvassing teams in the Eau Claire, WI and St. Cloud, MN markets. About the Role Schmidt Roofing is seeking motivated and energetic Canvassers to join our growing team. This is a field-based role focused on generating qualified appointments for our sales team through door-to-door outreach in targeted neighborhoods. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, engaging with people, and earning strong income through a combination of hourly pay and performance-based incentives. Compensation W2

Full-Time Position Base Pay:

$20

• 25 per hour

Commission:

$250
