Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door outreach to inform residents about our programs and initiatives. Effectively communicate key messages and engage residents in meaningful conversations. Utilize persuasive techniques to promote our cause and encourage participation. Gather feedback from the community to help improve our outreach strategies. Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with diverse groups of people. Document interactions and report findings to the team regularly. Collaborate with team members to strategize and improve outreach efforts. Experience Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or door-to-door fundraising is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to negotiate and communicate effectively. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply as they can enhance outreach efforts. Familiarity with marketing principles and community engagement strategies is a plus. A passion for community service and a desire to make a positive impact are essential.
