About the Role Schmidt Roofing is seeking motivated and energetic Canvassers to join our growing team. This is a field-based role focused on generating qualified appointments for our sales team through door-to-door outreach in targeted neighborhoods. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, engaging with people, and earning strong income through a combination of hourly pay and performance-based incentives. Full-Time Position Base Pay:

$20-$25 per hour

Commission:
