We operate one of the largest nationally unionized canvass in the country, fighting for workers' rights! We invest an hour of training every day with our field outreach staff, empowering them for career advancement as well as building real, lasting power amongst workers. We are looking for leadership, rapid promotions available Generous leave time Healthcare Unionized position What we do : Working America organizes crucial issues, legislative, and electoral campaigns at the national, state, and municipal levels on behalf of working families. We have a strong track record of getting important legislation passed to help working families, and winning elections to get pro-worker representatives into office. Training provided daily Leadership development and rapid advancement Full time schedule, Monday-Friday 12:30 PM to 9 PM, with overtime opportunities available, paid at time and a half Travel opportunities We run various campaigns on these core issues: Good Jobs Corporate Accountability Healthcare Secure Retirement Education Who we are looking for: Passionate about social and economic justice An excellent communicator Adaptable and skilled at engaging with people from all backgrounds People with customer service, sales, or representative experience are a great fit Working America does not discriminate against any employee because of their sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, race, religion, color, age, disability, or national origin.
