This is a field-based, performance-driven role focused on connecting local homeowners with construction opportunities. You are the first point of contact between potential clients and our construction team. What You'll Do Engage homeowners in local neighborhoods Attend community events and home shows Build relationships with local property owners and professionals Identify potential construction needs Schedule appointments with Wilfong Builders project consultants Represent Wilfong Builders in the community $50 per qualified appointment A qualified appointment means: Property owner identified Legitimate construction interest exists Decision maker engaged Appointment scheduled and attended Earn additional commission when your leads turn into signed construction projects: 2% on projects under $25,000 3% on $25,000-$100,000 4% on $100,000+ Example Earnings A $40,000 garage project: $50 appointment bonus $1,200 commission (3%)
