Job Description

Local Talent Scout We are looking for a Local Talent Scout who knows how to connect with people in the community and help build strong local sales teams. This is not a traditional recruiter role. We are not looking for someone who just posts jobs and waits for applications. We want someone who is active locally, comfortable talking to people, and able to find motivated candidates through real conversations, referrals, community connections, social media, local events, and boots-on-the-ground networking. In this role, you will help recruit sales representatives for our local field teams. Your job is to identify strong candidates, explain the opportunity clearly, help them complete the onboarding process, and make sure they are ready to show up for their first day in the field. You will be responsible for moving candidates from interest to action. That means following up quickly, keeping them engaged, helping them complete required steps, and making sure no good candidate falls through the cracks. What You'll Do Find and connect with potential sales representatives in the local area Use referrals, social media, community connections, and local outreach to identify strong candidates Explain the sales opportunity in a clear and professional way Help candidates complete onboarding paperwork and required steps Stay in contact with candidates from first conversation through their first day in the field Coordinate with local managers to make sure new reps are ready to start Track candidate progress and follow up consistently Represent the company professionally in the community Who We're Looking For Someone who is outgoing, organized, and good with people Someone who knows how to build trust quickly Someone who is connected locally or comfortable becoming connected locally Someone who can follow up fast and keep people moving Someone who understands that recruiting is not just posting ads, it is building relationships and creating momentum Someone who is comfortable using phone calls, texts, social media, and in-person conversations to find candidates Ideal Background Sales, customer service, event promotion, community outreach, staffing, brand ambassador work, networking, or local business development experience is helpful, but not required. The right person is someone who can talk to people, spot potential, and help turn interested candidates into active field reps. $800.00 - $1,600.00 per week
