Pay is $20 to $25 per hour based on experience, plus a weekly bonus structure and paid training. You will knock doors in neighborhoods where we have active projects, offer free storm damage inspections, and set appointments for our sales team.
Who You Are:
You are a natural communicator who can read a room (or a front porch) and make people feel comfortable in the first ten seconds. You take pride in being the face of a company and representing it well at every door. You love being outside, on your feet, and meeting new people instead of stuck behind a desk. You are punctual, professional, and results-driven, and you hit the goals you set for yourself. You bring strong problem-solving skills and the judgment to manage your time and territory to hit your numbers. You bring a high school education or equivalent and clear written and verbal communication skills. You bring a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

We have been the trusted roofing company across Greater St. Louis since 1994. We serve residential and commercial customers with roof replacements, repairs, siding, gutters, and storm restoration. We build complete exterior solutions designed to protect homes and businesses for years to come.
What You Will Do Each Day:
Canvass neighborhoods where we have active home improvement projects in progress. Knock doors and introduce yourself to the neighbors of our current customers. Offer free storm damage inspections to homeowners. Set qualified appointments for our sales team. Track your activity and hit weekly bonus goals.
