Door-to-door Full Job Description Company:
Midcon Exteriors — NWA's highest-rated roofing company with a perfect 5.0 Google rating across 480+ reviews. We are rapidly expanding into Southwest Missouri (Springfield and surrounding areas) to serve the region following recent hail damage. We are seeking an experienced, driven Canvassing Manager to build and lead our door-to-door team in Southwest Missouri. This is a ground-floor opportunity for a hands-on leader who knows the doors, can train and motivate a team, and holds people to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
Recruit and hire canvassers to build out the team Lead and manage a team of 4-10 canvassers Train new hires and provide ongoing coaching to keep the team sharp Assign and manage neighborhoods/territories Hold the team accountable to daily activity and performance goals Door knock alongside the team and lead by example
This Role Does NOT Include:
Roof inspections or closing sales Production management or material ordering Crew scheduling You will focus purely on building, leading, and producing with your canvassing team.
Requirements:
Previous canvassing or door-to-door sales experience required Experience leading or managing a team is a strong plus Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong communication skills (both written/electronic and in-person) This job is not for you if you lack canvassing experience or aren't comfortable leading from the front.
Compensation & Benefits:
$60,000 base salary $10 per appointment set by your team $50 per appointment you set personally 1% of all appointments sold W-2 position (we pay a portion of your taxes — unlike 1099 roles) Full-time, in-person role We take great pride in our outstanding reputation in NWA and are bringing that same level of integrity and service to Southwest Missouri.
