This is not a full sales closer position . This role is focused on knocking doors, talking with homeowners, setting roof inspections, and helping our outside sales team get in front of qualified homeowners who may have hail or wind damage. We are looking for people who are energetic, coachable, consistent, and comfortable talking face-to-face with homeowners. What You'll Do You will be working neighborhoods where recent hail and wind activity may have caused roof, siding, or gutter damage.

Daily responsibilities include:

Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods Speak with homeowners about possible storm damage Set free roof inspection appointments Help identify homeowners who may need assistance Enter basic lead information into our CRM Work directly with our sales team and managers Represent Blue Ladder Roofing professionally in the field Compensation Option 1: Performance Pay Paid for qualified field time $50 per completed qualified inspection $100 per signed-up client Weekly bonus opportunities based on results Gas incentives available at the end of the week with qualifying results Additional inspection and signup bonuses may be available based on performance Top performers may be considered for future sales roles with higher commission opportunities. What We're Looking For Comfortable knocking doors and talking to homeowners Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable transportation Smartphone required Must be dependable and on time Able to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods Sales, canvassing, roofing, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required Must be coachable and willing to follow the system Schedule This is an in-person field position.

Preferred availability:
