Part-Time Appointment Setter / Relationship Builder Legacy Construction | Bozeman / Big Sky / Livingston / Helena Position Overview Legacy Construction is looking for a part-time appointment setter to help create qualified kitchen and bathroom remodel opportunities in the Bozeman / Big Sky / Livingston / Helena This is not a typical appointment-setting role where we provide a call list and script. We are looking for a master networker who can generate their own leads, build real relationships, and create warm introductions with potential remodeling clients and referral partners. The owner will handle the closing meetings. Your role is to build relationships, generate qualified leads, and set appointments with homeowners or referral sources who may be a good fit for Legacy Construction. About Legacy Construction Legacy Construction specializes in residential remodeling, with a focus on kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, and additions. Our company is built on trust, referrals, reputation, and long-term relationships. We are looking for someone who understands that good business development is not about being pushy. It is about creating genuine connections and opening the door to the right conversations. About the Role This is a part-time appointment setter position focused on relationship-building and lead generation. You will be responsible for bringing in your own leads through your personal network, professional connections, community relationships, local outreach, B2B networking, and referral sources. Your job is to create qualified appointments and warm opportunities for the owner to take into closing meetings. Responsibilities
  • Generate your own leads for kitchen and bathroom remodel opportunities
  • Set qualified appointments with homeowners interested in remodeling
  • Create warm introductions with potential clients and referral sources
  • Build relationships with homeowners, real estate professionals, designers, property managers, business owners, and community contacts
  • Attend coffee meetings, lunch meetings, networking events, and relationship-building opportunities
  • Help identify valuable B2B memberships, networking groups, and referral partnerships
  • Track leads, conversations, follow-ups, and appointments
  • Communicate clearly with the owner about qualified opportunities
  • Represent Legacy Construction professionally and honestly What This Role Is Not
  • This is not a full-time position.
  • This is not a cold-call-only role.
  • This is not a role where we provide all the leads.
  • This is not a high-pressure sales position.
  • This is not a closing role - the owner handles closing meetings.
  • This role is for someone who can create their own opportunities, build trust, and set quality appointments through relationship-based networking. Ideal Candidate The right person for this role is a master networker who is comfortable creating their own opportunities.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and relationship-driven
  • Comfortable generating your own leads
  • Experienced with networking, appointment setting, sales, business development, real estate, design, construction, hospitality, or referral partnerships
  • Already connected in the Bozeman/ Big Sky & Gallatin County area, Helena and Livingston are also great opportunities
  • Good at creating warm introductions
  • Organized with follow-up
  • Professional and trustworthy
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Comfortable setting appointments without being pushy Prior construction experience is helpful but not required.
The most important thing is your ability to build relationships and create qualified appointments. Compensation is a combination of qualified appointments set and jobs that go to contract. Stipend for networking groups and meeting expenses. Schedule This is a part-time, flexible position. The schedule will be based around networking, outreach, follow-up, and qualified appointments created. Location Bozeman / Gallatin County area preferred.
