In this role, you will be the front and center with the public. This role requires you to be able to stop people and engage them to garner donations. Sales experience is a major plus in this role! Having an outgoing and engaging personality is a must for success. Must be over the age of 21. You will be working outside in downtown Charlotte and must be able to commute there. Start date of 6/17/26. Duties Face-to-face fundraising within downtown Charlotte, NC Engage with diverse community members using strong communication and negotiation skills to foster interest and support. Maintain detailed records of interactions, including contact information and feedback received during fundraising efforts. Collaborate with team members to strategize approach and improve campaign effectiveness. Utilize bilingual skills to connect with a broader audience and ensure clear communication across diverse populations. Qualifications Strong background in marketing, sales, customer service, or telemarketing preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively. Experience with face-to-face fundraising is highly desirable. Bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for engaging with diverse communities. Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining motivation and momentum throughout campaigns.
