Responsibilities Conduct canvassing campaigns to introduce our organization's programs and initiatives Engage with diverse community members using strong communication and persuasion skills Collect feedback and answer questions about our services or fundraising efforts Promote awareness of our mission through friendly, informative conversations Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes for reporting purposes Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach efforts and improve engagement techniques Assist in organizing community events or informational sessions as needed Skills Proven experience in supervising or leading outreach activities is a plus Strong background in marketing and customer service to effectively communicate with varied audiences Experience in door-to-door sales, telemarketing, or canvassing campaigns Bilingual abilities to connect with diverse communities are highly valued Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation Negotiation skills to handle objections and encourage participation or support Ability to work independently while maintaining team coordination and goals Knowledge of fundraising strategies and techniques for engaging potential donors Join us in making a difference!
