Job Description

Part-Time Field Researcher $12/hour + mileage | Flexible Hours Winston Salem, NC Perfect for stay-at-home parents, retirees, or anyone needing flexible work! Zonda is hiring part-time Field Researchers to help track new home construction in your area. Ideal for independent workers who enjoy solo drives and a break from screens or sales calls.
What You'll Do:
Once every quarter (every 90 days), you'll spend 2-3 weeks driving through neighborhoods and recording the construction status of new homes on provided maps. No sales, cold calls, or office hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive through assigned new construction, residential neighborhoods Visually identify lot status: are these homes occupied, under construction, vacant lots, etc. Mark findings on provided site maps Track mileage and time Return completed folders to your managers
