Midtown Roofing & Construction (MRC) - Omaha Metro Area Midtown Roofing & Construction is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing team as a Canvasser / Lead Generator. This position plays a key role in helping homeowners connect with a trusted local contractor for roofing, exterior restoration, and home improvement projects. We are a locally owned company that values honesty, hard work, professionalism, and strong customer relationships. Duties:

Canvass residential neighborhoods throughout the Omaha metro area Speak with homeowners about roofing, storm damage, and exterior services Set appointments for free property inspections Distribute marketing materials and company information Track leads and maintain communication with management team Represent Midtown Roofing & Construction in a professional manner Assist with community outreach and brand awareness efforts

Requirements:

Strong communication and people skills Positive attitude and self-motivated Comfortable walking neighborhoods and working outdoors Reliable transportation required Sales or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required Must be dependable and professional
