We are the region's replacement windows, doors, roofing, bath and siding leader, with over 26 years of experience in delighting customers by making home improvement projects simple. As a Canvasser, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads by conducting door-to-door outreach in designated residential areas.
Responsibilities:
○ Walk door-to-door in assigned residential neighborhoods daily. ○ Follow mapped routes and strategic targeting criteria provided by management. ○ Initiate conversations with homeowners in a friendly, professional manner. ○ Clearly and confidently explain the benefits of the company's services. ○ Assess homeowner interest and qualify leads for further consultation. ○ Opportunities to work trade shows and events on weekends to generate additional leads- $20.00 per hour plus commission (Commission's based on generated appointments, as long as the homeowner is able to get a price it qualifies.)
- $1000 bonus after 60 days working with Window Concepts 401k, Health Insurance, Dental, PTO, uncapped bonuses,
Requirements:
- Proactive, self starter
- Dependable attendance
- Strong oral communication skills
- Reliable transportation (Required if working tradeshows/events)
- Ability to qualify for any needed permits or licenses in the cities we operate
- Be able to work Monday-Friday between 10:00-7:00 (Weekends if there are events/trade shows)
