We are looking for a confident, energetic, and persuasive Door-to-Door Marketer to promote our products/services directly to potential customers. In this role, you will visit residential or commercial areas, engage with people face-to-face, and generate leads or close sales through effective communication and product knowledge. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by results.
Key Responsibilities:
Travel to assigned neighborhoods or areas to promote products/services. Knock on doors and initiate conversations with homeowners or business owners. Clearly present and explain the benefits of our offerings to potential customers. Identify customer needs and match them with the appropriate solutions. Gather contact information and generate qualified leads for follow-up. Report daily activities and results to the team leader or manager. Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner at all times. Follow all safety, privacy, and company policies during field interactions.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (college education a plus). Previous experience in door-to-door marketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented. Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned areas. Comfortable working outdoors and standing/walking for extended periods. Availability to work weekends as needed.
Preferred Skills:
Bilingual communication skills (if targeting diverse communities). Familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking apps. Background in sales or canvassing.
