Trenton, NJ (local travel required) Overview Ago Home Services is hiring a door-to-door canvasser focused on acquiring commercial cleaning clients (offices, retail stores, and small businesses). This is a field-based sales role combined with light operations responsibility. You will be responsible for generating your own deals and helping ensure successful service delivery. Compensation $750 biweekly base pay 5%-20% commission per sale (based on deal size and contract value) Performance-based bonuses available

Earnings:

$2,500-$4,000+ per month depending on results Schedule Monday to Thursday 5 hours per day (flexible within business hours) Responsibilities Visit local businesses to introduce and sell cleaning services Identify decision-makers and present tailored service offers Close deals or schedule follow-up appointments Maintain records of leads, visits, and outcomes Coordinate with cleaners for jobs you secure Assist with recruiting cleaners when needed Occasionally supervise jobs to ensure service quality Requirements Sales, canvassing, or customer-facing experience preferred Strong communication and persuasion skills Comfortable with rejection and high-volume outreach Self-motivated and able to work independently Reliable transportation Bilingual (English/Spanish or Haitian Creole) is a plus Important This is a performance-driven role.
