This is not a starter role for someone who needs to be chased, babysat, or convinced to work. This is for someone who knows they can sell, wants access to a strong product, and wants to be surrounded by elite producers. We are representing T-Mobile fiber internet in active residential markets across Albuquerque. Our team has already built momentum here, but the job is far from finished. We are looking for the next elite rep who wants to help raise the standard. What You'll Do You will go door-to-door in assigned residential areas, speak with homeowners about T-Fiber, explain service options, and help qualified customers schedule installation. This is a field sales role. You will be expected to knock doors, work consistently, communicate clearly, and manage your own production. Who We Want We are looking for reps who: Have door-to-door, fiber, solar, pest, alarm, roofing, wireless, or other direct sales experience Are confident talking to homeowners face-to-face Can work independently without constant supervision Want to be around other serious producers Are motivated by performance-based income Understand that consistency beats hype Experience is strongly preferred. You will have:

A strong fiber internet product to sell Active Albuquerque territory Clear onboarding and sales process Weekly production visibility A team environment built around performance Leadership that understands door-to-door sales Room to grow as the market continues expanding We are looking for people who want to be part of something built the right way. Compensation This is a commission-based independent contractor role with strong earning potential for consistent producers. Pay is based on successful customer activations. High performers here, and in other RCLX markets, earn top 1% income. Specific compensation details will be reviewed during the interview. Schedule Flexible field schedule, but this role requires consistent evening and weekend availability. D2D sales rewards the people who are in the field when homeowners are home.
