We're looking for driven individuals to join our growing team as Field Canvasser Specialists In this role, you'll work directly with homeowners in the community by going door-to-door to introduce our public adjusting services, educate property owners about potential storm damage, and schedule free property inspections. This is a 100% commission-based position, making it an excellent opportunity for self-motivated individuals who want to control their income. Top performers are rewarded based on results, and there is no cap on what you can earn. $150,000+ Responsibilities Canvass residential neighborhoods door-to-door. Speak with homeowners professionally and confidently. Educate homeowners about potential property damage and available insurance claim assistance. Schedule qualified property inspections. Represent the company with integrity and professionalism. Requirements Must be comfortable with door-to-door canvassing. Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license. Strong communication and people skills. Self-motivated with a positive attitude. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Sales, canvassing, roofing, solar, pest control, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training for the right candidate.
