Field Canvasser

Compensation is

COMMISSION ONLY

. There is no hourly pay. Our top performers regularly earn over $1,000 a week Based on your performance, there is an opportunity to be promoted to a roofing salesman.

About canvassing:

Field canvassers interact with homeowners door-to-door in various communities throughout the Capital Region, setting up appointments for the Home Evolution sales team. Our field canvassers do not sell anything, they simply communicate with our office staff to set customer appointments and roof inspections.

Pay Description:

Earn up to $200 in commission per appointment set regardless if the job sells. Earn 1% of each sale our estimators make from your appointments. Gas is provided by our company, to get you where you need to go. You will fill up your tank here at our shop.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation required Valid drivers license and auto insurance required Training and all the tools for success are provided. Experience working with customers, especially homeowners preferred, but not required. We are always willing to train the right person!
