Sales Representative - Roofing & Construction B uffalo's Best Roofing Co Full-Time | Base Pay & Commission (High Earning Potential) Company Vehicle Provided | Paid Training Job Description Buffalo's Best Roofing Co. is seeking a goal-oriented, results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced construction or roofing sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment. The Sales Representative will generate leads, conduct on-site consultations, present solutions, and close sales while delivering exceptional customer service. A strong knowledge of roofing systems is required; familiarity with siding, general construction, patio/porch covers, decks, and concrete is a strong plus. Our goal is to provide customers with the best options and outcomes—while consistently meeting and exceeding company sales goals. Responsibilities Generate, manage, and close residential and/or commercial sales leads Perform on-site inspections and customer consultations Educate clients on roofing and construction options Prepare and present estimates and proposals Maintain strong follow-up and communication with clients Meet or exceed monthly sales goals Represent the company professionally at all times Requirements Proven experience in roofing and/or construction sales Strong knowledge of roofing systems (required) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work flexible hours as needed Only qualified candidates should apply.
