Genuine Engagement Fundraising (GEF) is hiring Team Leaders and Canvassers to fundraise on behalf of world-renowned nonprofits, including The Nature Conservancy . We're looking for strong communicators with integrity, energy, and follow-through. Candidates with relevant experience and leadership potential may be hired directly as Team Leaders . Others will begin as Canvassers , with clear pathways for growth. About Genuine Engagement Fundraising GEF is a U.S•based fundraising agency founded and led by experienced fundraisers. With over 25 years of combined leadership experience, we specialize in ethical face-to-face donor acquisition and retention . Our mission is to restore authenticity to fundraising by focusing on genuine connection, long-term donor relationships, and a supportive environment for our teams. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay: $23•$25 per hour, commensurate with experience Uncapped bonuses based on performance

Fundraisers :

Responsibilities Fundraisers You will work face-to-face in public spaces, engaging members of the community in thoughtful conversations about important causes and inviting them to support through ongoing contributions.

Responsibilities include:

Representing nonprofit partners professionally and ethically Engaging the public in clear, respectful conversations Meeting daily and weekly performance goals Following compliance and quality standards Contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment Team Leaders Team Leaders support day-to-day field operations while continuing to fundraise themselves. This role is for candidates who demonstrate strong judgment, reliability, and leadership potential.

Additional responsibilities may include:

Supporting and motivating fundraisers in the field Assisting with onboarding and training Helping manage site logistics and schedules Leading by example through strong personal performance Acting as a point of contact between the team and management While fundraising experience is beneficial, this is an entry-level position•all that you need is a willingness to learn and a commitment to achieving your goals, we will train you on the rest!
