• 35/hr Performance‑Driven Hiring Immediately 1099 Contract Role We are contracting outreach specialists across the NY-12th Congressional District to conduct street visibility in the vicinity of poll sites.

The street visibility operation is in support of George Conway for Congress. Role Overview As an independent contractor, you will engage with pedestrians in high‑traffic areas, wear campaign-aligned clothing, and distribute campaign print materials. This work is ideal for strong communicators who enjoy fast‑paced, public‑facing environments. High‑performing contractors may be offered work opportunities at simiplar rates, and/or additional responsibilities at higher rates. Compensation (1099) $25

• 35 per hour , based on performance Additional performance incentives available Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and record‑keeping No driving requirement; no transportation bonuses Scheduling Flexible contracting opportunities Full‑time, part‑time, and extended‑hour shifts available Contractors may select the days they are available (weekdays, weekends, or both) Contracted Responsibilities Engage NYC residents in designated high‑traffic areas Distribute campaign print materials Track interactions and outcomes using outreach software Meet performance expectations tied to engagement quality and completed sign‑ups Communicate field insights to project leads Contractor Qualifications Strong communication and active listening skills Comfortable working on sidewalks and in busy public environments Ability to meet performance goals Experience in customer service, sales, or outreach is helpful but not required Able to work independently and collaborate with a field team when needed Must have a valid U.

S. bank account and be enrolled in Intuit QuickBooks to receive direct deposit payments. About This Opportunity This 1099 role offers meaningful work and competitive performance‑based pay.
