Pipeline Theory is hiring Entry Level Sales Representatives to join our growing team in downtown Columbus. No experience needed — just a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn. Full training is provided from day one. You'll be the face of our brand, engaging with customers in person, helping them find the right fit, and creating an experience that keeps them coming back. This is a hands-on, people-first role where your energy and personality make all the difference.
What You'll Be Doing:
Greeting and engaging with customers in a friendly, professional manner Answering questions and providing helpful product recommendations Guiding customers through the sales process from start to finish Supporting day-to-day operations to keep things running smoothly Collaborating with your team to hit goals and deliver a great customer experience
