Job Description

Stellar Pro Roofing is expanding in Ohio and we're looking for experienced door-to-door canvassers who know how to work, handle rejection, and set real appointments. If you've knocked roofing, solar, windows, alarms, internet, or any D2D sales before — we want to talk.
What We're Looking For:
Experienced canvassers ONLY preferred Comfortable talking to homeowners face-to-face Self-motivated and reliable Able to work neighborhoods consistently Strong communication skills Hustler mentality — not clock watcher mentality

What You'll Be Doing:
Door-to-door lead generation Setting roof inspection appointments Working storm-damaged and high-opportunity areas Tracking leads and communicating with the sales team Representing the company professionally
Compensation:
Base + commission OR commission-only options available for experienced reps. Top performers can make serious money. The guys who treat this like a hobby usually disappear in two weeks. We're looking for the first group.
Pay:
$800.00 - $1,500.00 per week
