About the Role Horizoon Roofing is hiring experienced roofing sales reps who want to earn serious money without a ceiling on their income. Recent storms have created massive demand across Ohio, Michigan, and West Virginia. We need proven closers who can knock doors, build trust with homeowners, and sell roofing jobs. You keep 50% of the profits on every deal you close. No base. No cap. Your income is entirely in your hands. What Sets Us Apart? Most commission-only gigs leave you on an island. Not here. You'll have a full operation behind you so you can stay focused on what you do best — selling and building client relationships. Here's what's already in place: A back office team handling daily operations An estimating team that manages insurance jobs start to finish A production team running builds and project management Office staff handling claim filing, paperwork, and administrative processes A brick-and-mortar office — we're an established company, not a popup Licensed in multiple states and expanding nationwide Leads and support provided to help you hit the ground running You sell. You maintain the client relationship. We handle insurance processes, retail processes, estimating, supplements, production, and operations. What You'll Do Knock doors in storm-affected neighborhoods and generate opportunities Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and present solutions Close deals and maintain client communication through project completion Coordinate with our estimating and production teams for smooth delivery Build a pipeline of referrals and repeat business in your territory What We're Looking For Experienced in roofing sales, storm restoration, or insurance restoration Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing — this is a knocking role Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding Reliable transportation and a smartphone Compensation 50/50 profit split on every job you sell No base salary — this role is built for closers who bet on themselves No cap on earnings — top performers in storm markets clear six figures Multi-state opportunity — willing to travel or relocate?
