PRIMARY IN-HOME SALES POSITION
You will meet with homeowners face-to-face, helping them choose the best replacement window solutions for their homes. We provide company-generated leads daily — no cold start .
Compensation Typical first-year earnings:
$80,000 - $150,000+ Performance-based pay with strong upside Bonuses and advancement opportunities available What You'll Do Conduct in-home sales appointments with homeowners Follow up on company-provided leads Make outbound calls to warm prospects Represent MCCLOUD Windows at networking events and trade shows Educate homeowners on products, services, and current promotions Help customers choose the best window solutions for their needs Collaborate with the team to identify new marketing opportunities What We're Looking For Reliable transportation Strong communication skills Self-motivated with a competitive mindset Willingness to step outside your comfort zone and grow Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic Why MCCLOUD Windows?
