Job Description

Job description: Action Exteriors Tulsa is looking for motivated, outgoing people to join our local team as canvassers.
The role is simple:
talk to homeowners and set appointments for our project managers. No selling, no closing. Just starting conversations and creating opportunities. If you're energetic, competitive, and like working outside with a great crew, this is worth your time. We work together as a team to hit goals, and for anyone looking to build a career, this role is the perfect stepping stone to advance into full sales or management positions down the road.
COMPENSATION
$50-$125 per qualified appointment (appointment must run) Top performers are easily earning $800-$2,000+ per week
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Talk to homeowners about roof inspections and exterior services Set qualified appointments for our team Track your daily activity and appointments
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Strong communication and people skills High energy with a positive, driven attitude Reliable team players who can also work well independently Comfortable working outdoors Willing to consistently engage homeowners in conversation Available afternoons and early evenings (peak hours) Reliable transportation
WHAT YOU WON'T HAVE TO DO
(TO START) No selling or closing deals No climbing roofs No handling contracts
