NW Industrial Staffing is currently seeking Entry Level Sales Reps for a local roofing company that guarantees quality and offers a robust training course for their front line sales people. This is a door-to-door position with a company that offers a great bonus structure for leads and closed sales: What we are seeking: Experience knocking on doors within assigned neighborhoods to speak with community members. Communicating clearly about the products and services while listening carefully to information. Ability to answer questions, build confidence and provide materials. Can collect information and assure potential customers that someone will be contacting them soon and providing further information. Capable of tracking information and distributing it to managers and the sales team. Ability to represent the company and organization in a professional and positive manner. Excellent communications skills; both verbal and written. Can stand, stoop, and bend for an 8-to-10-hour shift. Someone who has a competitive mindset and is hungry for more. Must be at least 18 years of age.

M-F 10am and 7pm

• Part-timer shifts available

Dress Code:

Presentable jeans or khakis with comfortable shoes

Pay Rate:

$21/h + w/$50, $75 & $100 bonuses for verifiable leads and $150 bonus for each confirmed sale
